Shipping Info: All shipments will be handled within 7 days from the day of placement.

All shipments within EU will be made by standard priority mail, send a specific request if you want a registered shipment and we'll let you know the additional charge applied to the initial price.

All shipments outside EU will be made through standard registered mail.

Estimated delivery time for EU orders: 7 working days

Estimated delivery time for outside EU orders: 15 working days
Return Policy: Return of purchased items is not accepted, all the items are mint conditions and the packages are intact at the moment of shipping, every kind of negligence by the mail services is not our fault.

In case of damaged items send pics and the purchase invoice at daemoniac@libero.it and we will provide to send a partial refund according to the severity of the damage.

In case of lost shippings (at least more than 20 days for EU orders and 30 days for outside EU orders passed without receiving any items) send the purchase invoice at daemoniac@libero.it and we will provide to send a total refund.
